What was going wrong
Schedules went out as a group text every morning and changed by nine. When it rained, the owner spent the day rebuilding the week by phone. Proof that a job was done was whatever the crew remembered, which made disputed invoices a coin flip.
What we built
Two interfaces over one schedule. The office plans the week and can see crew load before overcommitting anyone. Crews open the app to today only, in the order they should drive it, and close each stop with a photo. When a day is rained out, the office moves it in one action and every crew's list updates. The photo trail settles billing arguments before they start.
